If you are experienced in activities that Maui has to offer and have an energetic personality, we invite you to apply for our 'Ohana Fun Center Concierge position!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing guest's needs and selling attraction and activity tickets that ensure a memorable guest experience. This person will have the ability to provide each guest with a professional and courteous greeting and outstanding service. This candidate should be knowledgeable about Maui and the local area, an expert on attractions, tours, activities and must be able to speak in public to conduct the 'Ohana Welcome breakfast. This person should be able to resolve guest issues with a sense of urgency, be self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a sales drive environment, be adept in Hawaiian music, language, culture, and hula preferred.
High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Experience in cash handling and credit card transactions.
Customer service is required. Public speaking skills, knowledge of foreign language is preferred.
