Our West Maui 80 unit building is a boutique condo/hotel.
We are looking for someone to work in building maintenance throughout the property.
Qualifications:
Experience of one year or more of maintenance service.
Knowleage of plumbing, electrical, general repair skills. Floor cleaning and painting.
Responsibilities:
Inspection and repairs as needed to AC fan coil units in rooms.
Assist the Operations Manager to complete work order assignments.
Performs routine maintenace throughout the property. Including floor cleaning and painting.
Clean exterior areas. Pool Care, Cabana, Parking lot.
Able to lead with Aloha Spirit.
