We’re Located at the end of a single road, dead end street in the heart of Kihei. Centrally located, within walking distance to most South Kihei Road stops & shops including Foodland, Kalama Park, Halama Street beach accesses, Cove Park/Charlie Young’s/Kamaole 1 beaches, the Triangle Bars, Times Supermarket & more! Our property has multiple rental units spread throughout the double lot property so community-style living is a thing here. Everyone gets along! And although there’s other rentals, everything quiets down at around 9:00PM, so peaceful, neighborly folks are ideal.
What makes us special? We’re a small, local, family run business of sorts (Mother & Son). The double lot property allows access to two (2) Streets & can cut commute times when walking to see the sunset, walk your dogs at the park & so forth. WE ALSO ALLOW ALL PETS & many of our tenants do have their own pets on the premises. Utilities (Electric allotment), Parking, Refuse, Washing Machine (With clothesline hang drying), Dish Network Cable Television, DVR, Yard Service, Bug Spraying around the property, and basic shared WiFi Internet is included in your rent.
Renting for December 1st, 2018. We run a credit & background check with a $20.00 application fee via Experian (NO EXCEPTIONS) We’re requiring a minimum credit score of 700 & personal references for this unit so please keep that in mind.
Rent is $2200.00 without any form of air conditioning THE WHOLE TERM OF THE LEASE. Electric is expensive here on Maui for those who are new to the cost of living & Weather patterns dictate heating & cooling costs, which can drastically differentiate. We understand & welcome this luxury at the cost of the tenant. We, as the landlord & property manager, will purchase & install the units of the AC as discussed with the tenant based on how many units the tenant wants. We cover any other electric costs that don’t exceed $125.00 in usage. With that in mind, Rent will be increased to $2500.00 with a single unit air conditioner and $100.00 extra for any extra AC unit thereafter. This is non negotiable. If the tenant opts to run any AC, this means the tenant agrees to run the unit with an air conditioning apartment pricing THE WHOLE TERM OF THE LEASE. The tenant can not opt to change air conditioning terms on the months they deem. Rental pricing is FIRM & will be the set price FOR THE WHOLE LENGTH OF THE LEASE. So please keep that in mind as these are the cooler months in Kihei so the need for cooler conditions have a tendency to be overlooked.
RENT + EQUAL DEPOSIT is REQUIRED based on which pricing tier you as the prospective tenant finds fit for your lifestyle (Example, No AC tenant means $2200.00 Rent + $2200.00 Deposit). One(1) year lease is required. No exceptions!
