This position performs property service and maintenance duties for a private family.

Duties:

- General maintenance

- Cleaning

- Repairs

- Preservation of high-end property

Required Qualifications:

- Working knowledge of general construction: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, pool maintenance, and landscaping

- Ability to perform physically demanding maintenance tasks

- Flexibility to work within a dynamic environment

- Strong work ethic, integrity, initiative and discretion

- Ability to operate independently and work as an integral part of a team within prescribed performance guidelines

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Valid driver's license

- Pass background check

- Excellent references required from current and previous employers

Desired Qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years experience in maintenance, construction, or related fields

- Computer knowledge: Office 365 & Cloud-Based storage programs

- Trade skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
