-We want our coaches to put in maximum effort so your clients will too.  Show your love for Lagree Maui and we'll make sure compensation is reflective.

Responsibilities 

- If not already, be available to become Lagree certified. Our first coaches will receive the advantage of a Lagree training program of 30+ hours ($1500 value)
-Build a weekly 40 minute routine with matching kick ass soundtrack.
-Check guests into class.
-Engage with guests before, during and after class... let’s all be friends!!!
-Understand studio expectations, new announcements and promotions.
-Promote and sell class packages, membership and retail.
-We have high standards at Lagree Maui and so should you. Before, during and after classes.
-Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter… Be social, regularly. Get your followers into your classes.

Are you qualified?

-Lagree certified is ideal but not required. All coaches will undergo training, mock classes and auditions.
-Prior fitness coaching experience is desirable but will consider the right candidate with fitness or sports background.
-Comfortable using basic technology…Mindbody, Spotify, Sonos, Fitgrid etc.
-Active on social media platforms.
-Amazing and outgoing personality! Enjoys connecting with clients.
-Enthusiastic about the Lagree studio, your job, Hawaii and life in general!!!
