Local Fish producer in Kapaau is looking to fill full-time & part-time positions for experienced high-volume fish cutters.
Minimum 1 year experience in seafood or food preparation.
Cut, trim and fillet 1-6 pound tilapia with a knife into all types of portion orders.
Weigh, tag, and pack fish into 10-50-pound boxes.
Ensure utensils and support equipment are properly handled, cleaned and sanitized.
Handle product properly to ensure maximum shelf life
Ability to use knives in a safe manner.
Must be able to work in damp, wet, refrigerated environments.
Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
Ability to stand for the duration of your shift
Able to lift a minimum of 40lbs.
Ability to work as part of a team
Individual must be flexible in helping other team members within the processing area
Help pack orders
Other projects or duties as assigned.
Must be able to work in the US
