About Arlene~ Arlene has had the privilege of working directly with Shakti Gawain, author of Creative Visualization Meditation, as her Mentor for over 2 years. She has also trained in the soothing practice of Yoga Nidra, at the Kripalu Center in MA. Arlene graduated from Deepak Chopra University with certifications in Primordial Sound Meditation, The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga, Perfect Health/Ayurveda and Vedic Master Educator. Arlene is currently studying Advanced Vedic Counseling, with Dr. Suhas Ksersagar. She enjoys volunteering with Chopra events around the world and leading classes and retreats at Lumeria, Maui. She leads workshops, retreats, private instruction and Virtual/Skype sessions for all of her Certification areas. She loves teaching the unique Primordial Sound Meditation tool which helps you connect with your soul on a deep level. Your personal mantra is based on the vibration the universe was making at the time of your birth. She believes meditation has led her to find her true Dharma/purpose in life and enjoys guiding others to find their own. Arlene also holds her Master of Education degree and has taught elementary school & special education for over 25 years. Her passion for ocean life has brought her to Maui, HI, where she taught weekends as a Marine Naturalist at the Maui Ocean Center.
