Catsnip Hawaii will present its monthly Kits & Kats adoption event from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sat., May 14, at the Hawaii Preparatory Academy Village Campus in Waimea (across from CVS/Longs Drugs, behind the Isaacs Art Center).
All pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. Adoption fees start at $50 per animal, with all fees going directly back to support Catsnip’s veterinary costs.
Catsnip, founded in 2011, is a North Kohala based 501(c)3 non-profit organization that facilitates the spaying and neutering of cats on Hawaii Island. In the past 2 years Catsnip has averaged over 1,000 surgeries a year.
