Integrated Whole Health Approach serving retired, active and reserve duty. Supports improving physical and intellectual strengths, mobility from chronic pain, arthritis, PTSD, depression, and weight management. Improving well-being, self-empowerment, resilience to stress, creating a healthy habit adherence. Safe, effective professional wellness program taught by experienced certified teacher with hands on experience and training in yoga for veterans, health care and yoga therapy and wellness.
Weekly sessions include: physical movement, breathing exercises, concentration, meditation practices, life skills, sensory control and community.
