JADE YOGA MAUI is offering gentle vinyasa flow Beach Yoga classes three times per week. Theses classes are suitable for beginners and intermediate yoga practitioners. Kids are welcome to join though classes are geared more towards an adult audience.
Here is our Beach Yoga class schedule for the month of January:
Days: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
Time: 8 AM -9 AM
