Every Monday at 10am to 11am, VFW Member Alton J. Sanders will be offering Yoga and Meditation training at the VFW Post in Kihei (1136 Ulunui Road). Classes are free to all Veterans and open to the General Public for a $10 donation to the VFW. Sanders is national board certified as an instructor and practitioner of many Mind and Bodywork disciplines. “Take One Moment and Find Peace…All Ways!”.
