Join local authors for the monthly Words and Wine Event hosted by Kona Stories Book Store. This free public event offers a chance for you to meet and greet some of Hawaii’s favorite authors and artists while you enjoy complimentary pupu and wine. December’s featured authors are: Virginia Fortner, Mark Martel, Pete Hendricks and Walter Dudley.
These authors will take you on an unique journey. First visiting the life of Michael Eaton in a biography called A Design of his Own, then into the world of master artists in a book called If the Masters Painted Hawaii, then on to stories about famous visitors to Hawaii in a book called Famous Visitors to Hawaii.
This event starts at 6 PM on December 3, 2019 with an informal meet and greet merging into a more formal book presentation from each author and concluding around 8 PM after a Q&A session. Dress is casual aloha wear.
