Chef Jen Dunn will lead a fun cooking class of pantry essentials to prepare in time for the holiday season, including a carrot ginger relish, a bacon onion jam, and balls of herbed labneh (a cheese made with Greek yogurt) preserved in oil. She will also teach how to make two different kinds of crackers: a cracked pepper olive oil cracker and a rosemary nut cracker. This will be a full participation class and each student will take home a half pint jar of the relish, jam, and cheese, as well as a dozen crackers. Space is limited.
