Sous Chef

Seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Kāʽanapali Beach Hotel. Generous benefits and a great opportunity for the seasoned Sous Chef! Must have 3-5 years management experience in culinary operations with background knowledge of sauces, soups, appetizers, entrées and desserts. Proven leadership, team building, and excellent communication skills a must! Responsible for supervising and training staff of 40 in areas of food handling and culinary skills. Must be knowledgeable of inventory, purchasing and receiving processes.
