Aloha! I am looking to share my home with a spiritual conscious person, who is looking for a loving environment to live. This furnished one bedroom with private bathroom is part of a beautiful home in Haiku. This ranch type home is a peaceful sancturay with sacred statues and crystals, floor to ceiling windows along one side of house, which shows views of Banyan trees with vines wrapping around the trees, like being outside in a lush surrounding, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere you find in the home. I do Spiritual Transformational Work with a few people in person and on the phone, which adds to the serenity and peace you find in the home.
A Carbon Air Purifier continuously running in the room, and it is dehumidified regularly to remove any moisture build-up. There is a fully equipped Kitchen that we share to prepare food. There is an elderly Temple Cat, Ginger, that stays in my bedroom most of the time at the other end of the house. I am located 5 minutes from the Haiku Post Office/Haiku Market Place, 10-15 minutes to the Beaches/Mana in Paia, and 25-30 minutes to Kahului. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, on half acre with very little road sounds. There is covered parking for one car available. The Room is available October 15th. Requesting 6 month lease.
Rental Rate: $950 + includes Utilities (a Discount of $150 (normally $1100) is included for any inconvenience when doing spiritual work in the home), $950 Security Deposit
