Accommodations in a semi-furnished (comfy twin-size Temperpedic-style -from Costco- mattress/bed (sealed up = clean); mini refrigerator; plumbed sink, (hot/cold water) own toilet bathroom: 15' x 9.5' TREEHOUSE with a deck!! ". This is a trade for 20 hours/month (4 hours a week minimum) yard work/handyperson, plus utility costs of $150/month. Included utilities are electricity, water, gas (hot water), internet, own parking space. A mature, responsible person (and possible pet) will be considered. References required (minimum of 3).
