Walk With a Doc is a national grassroots organization started in 2006 by a cardiologist in Columbus, Ohio. Walk With a Doc Hawaii Island was founded in March 2014 and we have walked every week, without exception, since May 2014.

We meet in Liliuokalani Garden, across the street from the Hilo Bay Cafe. If it rains, we meet in the parking area under the HBC. We start promptly at 8am with a brief medical talk, usually by a resident physician from the Hawaii Family Medicine residency program.
