Wailea, South Maui @ Wailea Healing Center in the beautiful all glass studio overlooking South Maui beaches. Zen Core is about yep.. zen - quieting the mind as you connect and lengthen the body. It is not vinyasa flow. This class allows the time and space for you to get into the pose gracefully and take it to your own edge. There are modifications for all. Yoga should not be painful. It's also a light class, not all serious, if you don't smile or laugh at times something is missing. Expect to feel very open, relaxed, and at a higher energy level to create your day then when you walked in. House loves people, sharing, guiding, and bringing some happy lightness to your day.
