Find your passion all over again! Learn the tricks that can pull you out of any drawing funk. A variety of drawing techniques will be covered, such as “The Tornado” and “Pop & Lock Draw” to give you fresh ways to view drawing. Learn how different music influences your drawings and how stance and movement can also play a role. This is an “out of the box” way of drawing a model and connecting with your materials, the model, and your own creativity.
You will get to try different drawing styles and techniques – pick what you like and throw the rest away!
Class fee is $65/$60 for VAC members plus a $10 model fee. Students are asked to bring a pen, notebook, drawing materials such as charcoal, pencil, erasers, and a large pad of paper at least 11” x 14”. To register, call Volcano Art Center at 808-967-8222 or visit www.volcanoartcenter.org.
