“Hope is tangible and breathes life and passion into every human soul that dares to reach out, grab it and believe.” This is a quote, from Marsha Barth's new book “The Shattering II.” Barnes and Noble will be holding a book signing for this powerful and inspirational true story on October 13 (from 1:00-4:00pm) at the Barnes and Noble Book Store located in the Maui Marketplace, 270 Dairy Road Kahului, HI. Barnes and Noble will also hold a “Book Fair” for “The Shattering II” beginning on October 10-October 17. 15% of all sales from this book fair will go to support “The Aloha House” at 200 Ike Drive in Makawao, HI 96768. Marsha Barth is an author, advocate and speaker on abuse. “The Shattering II” is her true story on overcoming childhood abuse. She states, “More than a story of victimization, The Shattering II, is a story of the power of love, the promise of hope, and the joy of overcoming. She spreads this message of hope, through her books, advocacy and speaking.
